This is so much more than an “intro” chat. On your complimentary consultation call, we’re going to dig deep to uncover your particular travel tics—the things that light you up, the things that turn you off, and the travel dreams you’ve been chasing forever. We’ll also go over the nitty-gritty details like your budget, travel dates, who you’re traveling with, and more. Have questions? We’ll answer them all for you now.

BOOK YOUR CALL
BEGIN BUILDING
If we both think we’re the right fit for one another, then it’s time to get the travel party started. We’ll send over your client agreement and fee invoice, then welcome you into the H+K family. Working with our vetted travel partners, we’ll design a custom itinerary for you—typically with 2 to 3 options—that fit your vacation vision. We’ll review it with you, you get to pick your favorite (no more internet rabbit holes to go down, yay!), and we’ll make any tweaks to the itinerary that you request.
step two
BOOK & MANAGE
Once you approve your final itinerary, we’ll get to work locking everything in place for you. Our design services include booking and managing your hotel/resort/cruise cabin, transfers and transportation, and private tours and excursions. We also provide guidance on flights, travel insurance, visa and paperwork requirements, and more. We even act as your personal concierge, booking the “little” things like your dinner reservations, show or museum tickets, and spa services.

SAY “AU REVOIR”
Or adios, sayōnara, or arrivederci—because your adventure is about to begin! We’ll check in with you once more before departure to answer any last minute questions and ensure you feel fully prepared. While you travel, rest easy knowing you have an expert team—both back home and, depending on your destination, in-country—for support (you’ll even receive your H+K advisor’s personal cell for emergencies). After you settle in back home post-vacation, we’ll connect with you to make sure your trip was everything you dreamt it would be—and more.
